Studies stress, street jung food is not only the reason kids become fat and weight gaining, If there is no body exercise your little juniors will get fat. Better to plan exercise as per kids choice the exercise which you are planning for your kid it should be liked and loved by him/her. 

Everyone love to dance from 1 year baby to 70 years old man because the music has that much power. I can say dance is the best exercise to keep active our kids body and mind. Better if you know the benefits of dancing you can keep your step ahead. 

By dancing kids can strech the entire body, different types of dances have different types of steps. By doing this steps 2 times body muscles can get massage, the kids who dont like to do exercise better parents can encourage to join in dance classes. kids can be so active and sharp
